Please note that the permanent bed layout is for 24 guests. We have comfortable fold up beds & linen available should you wish to increase your guest numbers to 28+. Please let us know at the time of booking which rooms you would prefer these to be set up in. We would recommend Badminton, Fairford & Tebury as these have the most additional space, or the Lounge if required.
